The fourth annual Induction Ceremony of the Junior Beta Club at Oak Grove Elementary School was held on Thursday, September 14 at 6 p.m. Principal Lyn Stacey welcomed the guests and congratulated the new members on obtaining an outstanding scholastic record and exemplifying worthy character. The new officers were installed: Cassidy Primm, President, Sara Poarch, Vice-President, Evan Haislip, Secretary, and Keifer Bolton, Treasurer. Returning members were also present and passed out programs to all the guests. Sponsors Kristin Bailey, Cara Greene, and Cristy Upchurch presented the certificates and led the pledge. There was a reception following the ceremony in the cafeteria for all the families and members.
