         I live in Fayetteville on a small farm with my husband of twenty-five years, Ron.  My husband is a rural mail carrier and enjoys raising Simmental cattle.  Our son Travis is twenty-two and an English major at  Middle Tennessee State University.  I enjoy reading and traveling whenever I have the time and opportunity.

         I have taught elementary language arts and high school English.  During the twelve years that I have served as a school librarian, I have had the opportunity to open two brand new libraries.  Oak Grove is a beautiful facility and I truly enjoy working here and being part of this faculty.
