Each year I look forward to an exciting and challenging opportunity for me to teach the gifted and talented students in grades 5-8 at five different schools in Marshall County.  It provides me with the good fortune to work with the different students and staff.  Their support for the Minds in Motion Gifted Program is greatly valued by my students, parents, and me.  It is my goal to be the best that I can be as their teacher and in return I ask my students to do the same.  I want them to reach for the stars so that they can achieve their goals in life.

My husband, Dean, and I have been married for 36 years and are proud of our two sons, Shane and Brent, who are adults in their own right.
