         Hello!  My name is Lori Lancaster and I have been teaching since 1997.  I began my teaching career at Marshall Elementary School teaching second grade students.  For the past ten years I have been working with our first and second grade students.  I came to Oak Grove Elementary when the school opened in 2002.  The 2007-2008 school year begins my first year as our librarian.  I am very excited to be in this new position!

         On a more personal note, I am married to Matt Lancaster and we have two beautiful children, Hunter, who is six and in first grade, and Jessa, who is three and a half!  My family is the light of my life and I am thankful each day that my life is so blessed.  In my spare time I enjoy reading, sports, and spending time with my family and friends.  I enjoy working with children very much and look forward to many years yet to come!
